I think this camera is amazing. The picture is crisp and clean. It also doesn't give off that red glow that other IR cameras I have owed gave off. The housing unit it very solid also. Overall, this is a great camera.

While there's nothing wrong with the camera, the promised software fails to deliver. Included software is all unregistered shareware or limited life demo software - you'll need to pay (again) for all of it if you want to use it.

Had it for about 2 years now. Great camera for the value. Much better than the low end Logitech. Need to have enough lighting to produce a good picture. No problem with Windows XP or 98.

Overall a good buy if you are using your camera to keep watch remotely over your home or kids. If you're looking for a camera which will save, or one for continuous recording suggest looking elsewhere. In fact you should purchase a DVR system for that....

This is a great little web camera and has added a whole new dimension to seeing grand-kids on both coasts. The limitations so far have been software and connection speed so do not expect HDTV. I am sure you can spend less but this was the best option...

This is a difficult product to rate. The cameras are excellent, good wide view, the picture very good night and day, in many ways it deserves four or five stars. BUT... Samsung should be ashamed of themselves for marketing this product for the DIY...
