I bought this webcam knowing it wasn't the best one out there because for a specific project I was having problems connecting two Logitech QuickCam Orbit webcams to the same computer and thought having a different brand camera to use with one of the...

Despite that one star reviewer, this is the cheapest yet superior webcam out on the market. For the not so savvy,in using almost any webcam, always take into consideration that lighting in the room affects reception as well as system specs.Turn the lens...
inexpensive, functional
As a new customer I feel this camcorder would be an excellent beginners recorder. It has everything to get started without paying alot of money. For a novice this would be an excellant beginning.
Although the price is nice, its like its useless. You can't really have a decent picture, I tried all settings, hi Res, low Res, any configuration posible, with no success, and sometimes it makes like a short-circuit and the batteries are wasted. The...
For setup, I just called tech support. It was a short waiting time and they had this unit setup and working in 20 minutes.

Works well for informal videoconference chatting. Not good enough quality to use for presenting any material to others.

Simple and easy to use.

Firewire allows for greater video speed in video chat, etc.
USB 2 smooth motion picture. Compact stable design.
This product is misrepresented as a 640x480 resolution camera when in fact the packaging says 352x288. This may be a good camera - but if you are looking for a 640x480, this is NOT it.
your bandwidth is too low... the upload rate is just as important as download rate when doing things like video conferencing or voip phone service...
Made returning my item really easy once I realized I had ordered the wrong item!
Had it for about 2 years now. Great camera for the value. Much better than the low end Logitech. Need to have enough lighting to produce a good picture. No problem with Windows XP or 98.
Now lets see how long they last
