I had no problem setting this IP camera up. I assigned a manual IP to it and had it up and running in about 10 minutes. I was able to view it from an Android and iPhone app with no problems
The wireless connection seems to drop quite often. When wired and monitored for hours, there is no problems. However, when connected wireless, there seems to be random drops and I must unplug the camera from the power source and reconnect it

What else do you want considering the price. Don't think twice.
Price. For the price this the best you can get. I'm not sure why other manufacturers are charging double the price for units identical by spec ; By far the easiest set-up I have encountered. I have setup cctv sytems before so I am not a novice however...
Not one because it does everything it is described to do

Need Mac OS software support.
Video/Picture is great. Super Clear ; Web interface works well for both Windows and Mac ; There is a API for the camera if you want write your own web control
After a few weeks the camera seem to freeze-up and has to be reset ; MS Explorer needed to setup motion detection

Free Windows recording software not too bad. But I wish this camera was supported by my existing hybrid DVR.
Good when wired with decent picture quality and frame rate. Although the picture is a little foggy. Good price for an IP camera
Frame rate is about 1 fps to 4 fps when using wireless G. My Axis 207 can do more than 20 fps on the same network. No POE. No way to adjust focus, so picture quality suffers

Adjustable metal stand (not plastic), packaging and all included pieces seem very good quality. Got for $50 with coupon, and will be getting more definitely. If Edimax can make a iPhone and iPad application for the cameras, they can make one for OS X...
Visual quality, auto adjustments, auto focus and low light performance all excellent at this price-point. 30 fps at 640x480. Rated 20 to 30 at Max Res. 1280x960. Average I would say is closer to 15-20 though. Not really a problem. Very wide range of...
4x3 (square) aspect ratio instead of widescreen. Motion detection features and Edimax application use ActiveX so Windows/IE ONLY. Viewing and set up work tested fine in Safari/Chrome/Firefox browsers in Mac OS X though. No audio pickup, be a where if...
