The BeBook Club offers features that lower-priced readers do not, but for AU$249 it would have been nice to see at least a dictionary or Wi-Fi thrown in, too.

"In no way compares to the Kindle"
Its far more expensive than the kindle, offers less functionality (lacking WiFi! Let alone 3g.. dark screen, poorer ergonomics, chunkier, no dictionary).. There just doesn't seem to be anything that makes this a worthwhile purchase.

light, fast page turns, clear screen, decent battery life
thankfully there are still some "open" readers available, for people like me, who like to own their purchased books, instead of being locked in by somebody like amazon of kobo.
Fast bootup (so you can turn it off to save battery power) fast page turns, clear screen with enough zoom options to find the correct setting, very happy
Nice form, there is a metal look back which looks nice, but i would have been ok without it.. doesn't improve the reading exeperience..
