Its fast, I'm a basic user but it does everything (including video conferencing) perfectly well.

Webcam isn't amazing (but apparently they never are).

the wife is a retired secretary and she likes the wide keyboard

the scrolls on the email site are very faint, would prefer them to be much clearer

Battery life.

OK for basic student and older customers. S version not helpful as block remote help from care plan not tech so could disable put me through to Microsoft who then wanted me to pay for tech help.
