The Aorus 17 sits in a rare tier of hulking gaming laptops, with performance to match its size. It has some fancy features, but we've tested some faster, nicer options in this sky-high price range.

Blistering 1080p gaming performance. 240Hz, Pantone-certified display. Customizable body and keyboard lighting. Mechanical key switches. Premium software features.

Big, bulky design. Weighs 14 pounds with both charging bricks. Performance sits behind that of true desktop-CPU gaming laptops. Resolution tops out at 1080p. Short battery life.
