Review Asus Eee PC 1016P Netbook

Aluminum Business. Not much aluminum, but big stability anyhow. F

Very long battery runtimes; Low weight; Matt, bright display; High contrast; Interpolated resolutions for more overview; Stable, resistant case; Quiet and cool; Coverable webcam

Few interfaces, no 3G installed; Low performance; Small native WSVGA resolution; Low webcam resolution; Feedback poor touchpad keys

The battery runtimes are awesome. And that with a 47 watt hour battery and bright display.

Right out of the box

I researched a bit about netbooks before deciding on this one. I waited patiently for it to be released; the only thing that I wanted that I didn't think I was getting when I ordered from newegg.com was the 63Wh battery that ASUS says lasts "13 hours"...

Mine came with a 63Wh battery

none so far
