LOOKS freaking amazing ; Packaging was awesome ; Lights LIGHTS and more LIGHTS ; Sound is kinda meh ; Looks freaking amazing ; Quiet when at idle ; Touch pad lights up

Lots of heat seeps out of keyboard ; PSU not big enough(see other thoughts) ; No optical ; Cant play games(see other thoughts)

Good Value

For the buck, this is a $300.00 saving over the Alienware website. 8gb more memory and 128SSD your getting extra for free

Pleased and Impressed

In my opinion, this is the best laptop with a 980m, and the price is very competitive.

Great Build Quality ; Screen is very bright and colorful, great view angles ; Awesome keyboard that feels great ; 980m screams and runs cool( will overclock soon, nvidia) ; Cooling system is quiet ; Looks very sleek

No mxm slot and BGA CPU. Although this is not a deal breaker, it really put a dent in the Alienware name. It used to be all about upgrade-ability. Oh well this 980m will last for a long while ; 180 watt power supply.......uhhh just no. Give me my 240
