Sony Vaio VGN-AR11S Blu-ray laptop

We've never been too shy about our admiration for Sony notebooks. True, there are cheaper machines out there but when you want something that looks like nothing else on the market and just happens to have multimedia on mind, it's hard to beat a VAIO...

Blu-Ray drive, powerful

Not the cheapest notebook

If you want the best of everything in an attractive package with the power to handle everything you throw at it, this is the machine.

Without any doubt, the Sony Vaio VGN-AR11S is a piece of jewelry

good design ; highly resolving HD fähiges Display ; good performance in the multimedia sector ; low temperature and noise emissions ; Blu-Ray drive (25 GB/disc) ; good interface equipment (S-Video In/Out, HDMI,...) ; 2x 100GB hard disk for RAID 0/1

partially mediocre rigidity against torsions, crunching noise possible ; mediocre illumination of the display ; low battery runtime ; wobbly battery
