It may lack a premium look but this is still a great gaming mouse
Very comfortable to use ; Lightweight ; Great button positioning and response ; Easy DPI switching
No weights system ; Doesn't look very premium
While it may not be the most attractive gaming mouse on the market the Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury absolutely delivers where it matters. It’s really comfortable to use and it performs superbly.

Gimmicks aside, this is a great mid-range gaming mouse
Fits any hand size ; DPI Shift is useful ; Incredible value
420 ips is a gimmick ; Software is subpar ; Not enough macros
A formidable replacement to a staple gaming mouse, the Logitech G402 is a comfortable, precise peripheral with a bit of a bragging problem. The 32-bit processor and on-board storage makes the Logitech G402 a killer contender in the perpetual peripheral...
In terms of value I would say the G402 is pretty good, looking likely to come in at around £50 it is enough of a saving over the G502 to be significan

Logitech have been on a roll lately, but we've also seen some superb mice recently so does the G402 have what it takes to stand out?

The Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury combines a simple design, approachable feature set, and solid performance for a great gaming mouse.

Logitech has coined this mouse as the "world's fastest gaming mouse" and it is made for FPS gamers. Since I mainly play FPS games, this should be a good fit.
– 8 programmable buttons ; – Comfortable to use for long gaming sessions ; – Logitech’s Fusion Engine ; – Good weight and glides well ; – Price
– USB cable is not braided or sleeved ; – No gold USB connector
So has Logitech got me back in their good graces where I think of them as a gaming company again? Well I do have to say that I am quite impressed with the G402 Hyperion Fury. At first glance it may not look like much, but once you start using it you...

We review the Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury gaming mouse, and love what we find.
Logitech’s G402 Hyperion Fury is a hell of mouse. With on-the-fly DPI switching, a silky smooth control experience and extreme comfort, there’s little to complain about, unless you’re a professional left-handed gamer who demands custom weights for...

If you're a PC gamer, there are only a few things that play a properly pivotal role in your gaming performance — your keyboard, your monitor, and your mouse. Picking the right mouse is less about colours and flashing lights than it is about outright...
Solid build quality ; Over-powered sensors ; Affordable price tag
No left-handed option ; No textured thumb grip ; Gamer-focused design
Computer mice aren’t exactly the avant garde masterpieces that some laptops and smartphones have become; the G402 Hyperion Fury certainly looks extremely modern, but at the same time it’s a little too ‘gamer’, where a competitor like the SteelSeries...

The G402 Hyperion Fury has a completely different and less forgiving ergonomic design compared to the G400s it succeeds. Barring the over-marketing, the G402 is a passable gaming mouse with great features.

There are few, if any, names in PC peripherals bigger than Logitech. Over the years pretty much everyone who has used a PC will have used one of their devices, whether it is as an enthusiast who goes out and buys one or as an office worker whose work...
So what is this Fusion/Fury feature all about? Well essentially it takes our 4000DPI sensor and accelerates it using an accelerometer/gyro. It’s a reasonable approach to creating a fast mouse and we noted no issues with this approach (You can see more...
