Apple iPod touch 32GB (2nd Gen)

Apple near-enough reinvented the wheel with the original iPod touch, so what does its successor bring to the table? Updated with video review.

or TV show in bed but not much else - and Nike+iPod support for athletic types. I'd argue the latter isn't that important in a device this size but if you really want to take something this large jogging with you, so be it.

Apple iPod touch 32GB review

Apple's 32GB iPod Touch is one of three players here with a touch-screen interface, but it's easily the most responsive, accurate and pleasing to use.

Apple iPod touch (2nd generation) review

When the revised Apple iPod touch appeared alongside the fourth-generation iPod nano, it was easy to see it as simply a poor man's iPhone 3G. It now looks almost identical, bar the phone earpiece slot, and has most of the functionality, when you...

Apple has begun to reinvent the iPod touch as the ‘funnest’ vehicle for playing games, websurfing and email when in Wi-Fi range, and even as a keep-fit companion with its Nike+ jogging monitor. But in spite of its shortfall in making phone calls, we...

Apple iPod Touch 2G review

The new Touch is claiming to be the funnest iPod ever. And, luckily, there are more improvements besides a new party spirit…

Owners of the original needn’t upgrade, but the second gen Touch's tweaks give it even more allure and potential

Apple - iPod Touch 16GB 2nd generation

It perhaps goes without saying, but there's a reason that Apple is so dominant in the portable media player market. There's a reason why Microsoft, no matter how much cash it pumps into its Zune project, ...

An outstanding, intuitive user interface is the highlight of an excellent product. It has one or two problems, but the iPod is the market leader for a very good reason.

iPod touch 2G (8, 16 & 32GB) review

Apple is calling it - to the chagrin of English teachers everywhere - "the funnest iPod ever." True? Click here to find out.

Handy hardware volume controls; greater capacity for similar price of original model; Genius playlist support; less buggy OS; podcast episodes play one after another; Nike + iPod receiver built-in; great audio playtime

Internal speaker tinny; screen looks a little dingy; video playtime not up to Apple’s estimates; doesn’t charge from older accessories; video out requires expensive cable

So, is the 2G iPod touch the funnest iPod ever? If your notion of an updated iPod touch that’s “funner” than the original is integrated hardware volume controls, a built-in speaker (low-fidelity though it may be); a curvier case; a warmer cast to the...

Apple iPod Touch 32GB

Apple iPod Touch 32GB is marketed as the 'funnest iPod ever'. Numerous songs, movies, and games are saved in this sleek gadget which has a memory of 32GB. Its dimensions are 110x 61.8x8.5 mm, and weighs only 115g. With this gadget, everything needed...

By including more storage, Apple has made the iPod Touch even more desirable. Now, if it was just a little bit cheaper... Apple iPod Touch 32GB is tagged with Apple and black. Select a tag (Apple, for example) to find everything on The Gadget Show...
