I bought the 16gb Super Talent, 32gb Crucial, & 32gb RunCore drives for the Dell Mini 9. I then installed OS X with each. The RunCore installed in 39 minutes, The Crucial installed in 56 minutes, and the Super Talent installed in 59 minutes. For use I...

I purchased this because I'm a private pilot and want to use my tablet for navigation at cabin altitudes over 10,000 ft. Conventional hard disks need atmospheric pressure to operate.
Plextor’s M6e 256GB blends high end performance and affordable pricing into a device that is quite unique but also narrowly targeted

Good machine, for a home system. I have a feeling that these should be able to last awhile without any hardware problems.

The only real fault is Intel's failure to support this drive with firmware that supports TRIM commands. Intel support is a shame compared to OCZ's excellent SSD support.
Fast, an order of magnitute faster than most flash drives, but not as fast as my OCZ Vertex internal drive. Great product. Does not come partitioned, likely the reason the previous reviewed could not get it to work! I partitioned in Win 7 fine. Reads...
I highly recommend it for someone that wants the form factor of a netbook and the performance of a monster notebook. It always zips right along, I haven't bogged it down at all to date.
I use these for OS, apps ("program files"), and the swap file. I use a RAID for all data. With XP you have room on the 16GB for all that and some free space. (If apps take up too many gigs you will install them to another drive, i.e. the RAID)
Timing is everything when it comes to technology, as marvel ideas are born everyday, while older ones become mainstream or even obsolete. For example, if Turing was still trying to develop his Enigma device today, you would say he is way behind in his...

I used the Corsair copy program, which was very inexpensive and came with USB to SATA III cable. I would buy again the drive and the software. Time will tell how it works out, so ask me how I feel in about the Corsair drive in 18 months, which is about...

Get the correct drive for the motherboard specified. Do not get a Sata2 for a Sata3 port or vice versa. This drive I have here is Sata2. My motherboard doesn't support Sata3 and up. Furthermore, check website, manual for specific SSD drives supported...

I can verify that Duck's helpful post is correct. His numbers are the same as my boot drive. You can get higher numbers (still below what they post on their site), but only if this is NOT a boot drive with the running OS installed. Why would anyone use...
The 120 gb models are out and are at the same price as this drive, so go and pick up one of those instead.
As a content creator, I tend to use a lot of external storage devices, for transferring large video files between my digital camera and my laptop/desktop. So it’s important for me to use something that’s fast and affordable. I’ve used many USB external...
It's called the Intel SSD 320, but the part number should give away just what we're looking at here:
I have received firmware version 2.0 drives that support Trim and Garbage Collection. Trim does not work with Raid, but that is not the drive's fault. Msi Nf980-G65 mb handles these drives no problem.
