i bought yhis last wek terrable volume i need it for video calling so no volume is no use

Got the item and tried to turn it on it wasn't working as the item was faulty

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, incredibly happy with this purchase. Extremely easy to set up as does it all itself with help from Cortana. Really easy to use too. I use this for every day use but also for work and its brilliant.

Spent a little more and get a decent laptop, this one is awful. Slow, some letters on the keyboard don't react when you press them so you constantly have to go back and forth. Deletes items and does not save even though you have pressed save.

I bought this last week and it broke within 3 days doesn't turn on and also the delivery was late what a waste of money this is deffinatly getting sent back

I brought this a while back and i glad i did its lightweight and having a Littlewoods account means i can buy now pay later which works great for my budget

Nice little machine for the price I would recommend an external harddrive and some setting changes to install apps to external drive as even though it says 32 gig storage you really only get left with 10gb which really isn't enough I'd suggest a 64gb...

Poorly packaged, box damaged on arrival. Unpacked and switched on, the first thing I noticed was a faulty screen pixel, setup uses Cortana but the sound cut out after about 30 seconds and was unable to re-enable it. Setup need the use of the keyboard...

Bought for my 6 yr old for homework. Worked for 1 hour switched off and has not turned back on since. Returning tomorrow.

Bought this few days ago used it for the first time and the track pad dont actually work as it should. Sometimes it just point black dont recognise movement on the track pad so sent it back.
